Plain-English terms for using KingOfX and buying crowns.
01 - What KingOfX is
KingOfX is a public live leaderboard for X profiles. Players collect crowns from verified visitors, a daily claim, and optional crown purchases. The leaderboard, scoring logic, ties, seasons, and anti-abuse rules are explained on the Rules page.
02 - What you are buying
When you buy crowns, you are buying a digital in-platform credit assigned to the selected KingOfX profile. Each crown costs $1. You may buy from 1 to 500 crowns in one checkout. Crowns are delivered when payment is confirmed and count toward that profile's live score as described in the Rules. You are not buying a guaranteed rank, a guaranteed amount of traffic, followers, clicks, revenue, or time in any position.
03 - Who can buy crowns
You must be legally able to make online purchases in your jurisdiction and authorized to use the payment method. You may buy crowns for your own profile or support another player. Buying crowns for someone else does not give you ownership or control of that profile.
04 - Payments
Crown purchases are one-time payments. Dodo Payments acts as the merchant of record and handles checkout, applicable taxes, receipts, and payment processing. KingOfX does not store your full card details. A purchase takes effect only after payment is successfully confirmed.
05 - Refunds and disputes
Completed crown purchases are generally final once the crowns are delivered. Falling in rank, being overtaken, a later season reset, or deciding you no longer want the crowns is not a refund reason. Refunds may be issued where required by law or for confirmed duplicate charges, failed delivery, or other payment errors.
06 - Rankings are not guaranteed
Your position can change at any time. Other players can bring more verified visitors, claim daily crowns, or receive more purchased crowns. Scores may also change if invalid traffic or payments are removed. That movement is part of the product and is not a service failure.
07 - Moderation and fair play
We may review, hold, discount, remove, or correct visits, crowns, profiles, or results when we reasonably believe there is fraud, bot traffic, payment abuse, impersonation, unlawful content, or manipulation of the competition. Serious or repeated abuse may lead to disqualification or removal.
08 - X profiles and third-party links
You join KingOfX with X. You confirm that you are entitled to connect the X account you use. Public profile information may be displayed on KingOfX. KingOfX is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by X Corp. External links lead to services we do not control or endorse.
09 - The service itself
KingOfX is provided as-is and as-available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime, permanent availability, exact traffic counts, external clicks, conversions, follower growth, revenue, or any other result. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for a claim relating to a paid crown purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase.
10 - Changes, governing law, and contact
These Terms may change as KingOfX evolves. The version published on the site applies from its stated effective date and does not retroactively change a completed purchase unless required by law. KingOfX is operated by BrankiStudio in Serbia, and these Terms are governed by applicable Serbian law, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country.
